The first generation of PDLC electrochromic products of Huake Chuangzhi are foggy and transparent when powered off, and can instantly realize the switch between transparent and opaque. When the power is cut off, the polymer liquid crystal material is arranged disorderly, and the light is repeatedly refracted inside, so that the light cannot penetrate the film, and the effect at this time is milky white opaque. When the electricity is applied, the polymer liquid crystal materials in the middle of the film are arranged in an orderly manner under the action of the electric field and are consistent with the direction of the current, so that light can pass through the film, and the effect is transparent and colorless.
At present, our first generation of PDLC electrochromic products has achieved mass production. The second generation of PDEC electrochromic products use self-designed materials, which can automatically adjust the color and depth according to the brightness of the light, realize the step-by-step regulation of 0-255, and can be applied to larger areas and flexible substrates.
Walking into our smart terminal product experience area, the large-size touch products of smart office and smart education based on the new materials of nano silver wire were praised by the leaders present. Compared with infrared touch products, our capacitive touch products are more concise, thin and beautiful in appearance; The touch experience is not affected by the external environment and the response is more sensitive; A wide viewing angle of 178 degrees can be achieved at a viewing angle, and thanks to the full lamination process, the contents of the screen can be clearly seen even when the leaders are standing on both sides of the screen. The on-site leaders are eager to try and participate in the new touch experience brought by our capacitor products to the fingertips. The delegation said that the experience effect brought by Huake Chuangzhi capacitive touch products is indeed better, and non-infrared products are comparable.
