On May 21, the first Yangtze River Delta Optoelectronic Forum was held in Nantong International Conference Center. From the perspective of the industrial chain, the development of China's optoelectronic industry is extremely unbalanced, the core upstream materials and devices, key manufacturing equipment, etc. have been lagging behind the international level, key materials and devices, manufacturing equipment, etc. rely on imports, and the upstream development lags behind the downstream.

How to focus on the frontier of optoelectronics and empower industrial upgrading? Yu Dongxu pointed out that through the OTM innovation model, explore the industrial application of new materials. The so-called OTM model is an OEM model that masters a certain core technology in the production and manufacturing links of materials or industrial chains, forms an organic cycle of technology, market and capital in the new material industry chain, and stimulates industrial vitality.
